Registered Dental Hygienist - Orange Blossom Dentistry - Groton, MA

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and charting. Capture digital radiographs Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventative care for long-term oral health. Apply fluoride and other caries-preventive agents as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile operatory, adhering to all infection control protocols. Assist the dentist with examinations and various dental procedures when required. Accurately and efficiently document all patient care and treatment details. Sterilize dental instruments Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment Qualifications: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure in Massachusetts Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Schedule: Part-time position Hours will vary based on patient scheduling and availability.
