The practice has experienced consistent month-over-month production growth and maintains a strong collection rate, reflecting both patient trust and operational efficiency. Schedule: 2 days per week to start, with the opportunity to grow into 2.5 days per week. Open to flexible or specific days of the week. Compensation Structure: Paid on a percentage of collections. No daily guarantee. 1099 Independent Contractor. No relocation assistance. No sign-on bonus. Candidate Profile: The ideal Endodontist is: Open-minded and adaptable. Flexible with new techniques to increase caseload and workflow efficiency. Comfortable managing a growing patient volume. Growth-oriented and motivated to help build and scale a specialty-driven practice. Clinical Support & Team: Current team: 2 Front Office. 3 Back Office. Incoming Endodontist will have at least 2 Dental Assistants , dependent on provider caseload. 2 operatories available for the Endodontist. Technology & Equipment: TDO Practice Management Software.
