Associate General Dentist â Marion, Massachusetts Our growing dental practice in Marion, Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate General Dentist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate is energetic, compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient examinations and assessments, including review of medical and dental histories Diagnose dental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans Provide general dentistry services such as restorative dentistry, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontic treatments Perform procedures including extractions, root canal therapy, and other clinical treatments with strong attention to detail and patient comfort Take and interpret dental radiographs for accurate diagnosis Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists using four-handed dentistry techniques to ensure efficient care Utilize dental software systems such as Oryx for scheduling, charting, and patient management Educate patients about oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Licensed or eligible for dental licensure in Massachusetts Strong foundation in general dentistry procedures Interest in comprehensive dentistry including crowns,dentures, Invisalign, implant restorations, extractions, and root canal therapy.
