Dental Assistant Position We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental assisting experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment. Proficiency with Dentrix software for scheduling and patient record management is preferred. This role involves assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking dental x-rays, completing charting, educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care, and supporting front desk operations when needed. In addition to a competitive hourly rate , we offer biweekly and monthly bonus opportunities , which are separate from the base hourly pay .
