Experience Orthodontic Assistant (willing to train the right person) About Our Office: We are a modern, patient-centered orthodontic practice seeking a skilled and motivated Orthodontic Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, takes initiative, and enjoys learning new technology in a fast-paced clinical setting. Primary Responsibilities: Assist chairside with orthodontic procedures independently Prepare and break down treatment rooms efficiently Use digital scanners for impressions and patient records Fabricate orthodontic retainers in-office Print and manage 3D models Maintain organization, sterilization, and cleanliness of clinical areas Provide excellent patient care and support the clinical team Qualifications: Orthodontic Assisting Experience Ability to work independently and stay productive Hardworking, self-motivated, and dependable Highly organized with strong attention to detail Willing to learn new skills and orthodontic technology Experience with digital scanning, retainer fabrication, and 3D printing is a plus (training available) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
