Kardynal Dental is a family owned and run dental office that looks to go against the increasing norm of overly demanding, high-speed high-stress, in-and-out Corporate DSO jobs. This position is part time with potential opportunity for additional hours up to full time to be gained. Current days desired are Part time, Wednesdays 10-7 or 1-7, Thursdays 8-5. Some 1/2 day Saturdays are required (1 per month in the Summer, 2 per month in the Winter). Further hours may be available moving forward. We are quickly expanding and are a high energy, up beat dental office. We are confident and professional while taking great care of our patients. We have three doctors in our dental office and our office has an unmet need for an additional dental hygienist to become part of our team. Necessary Attributes Professional and friendly Excellent written and verbal skills Excellent attendance and punctuality Works well with others Necessary Technical Skills Proficient with dental software (preferably dentrix) but will train Digital x-rays Proficient with a cavitron and hand scaling Conducting initial comprehensive exams, charting, updating patient health history, clinical proficiency in SC/RP, and communicating with patient in regards to dental treatment. Adheres to all OSHA/HIPPA regulations and our office safety requirements. Ideal candidate will be somebody looking for a long term position, delivering high quality care to their patients.
