Pearl Ridge Dental is a privately owned, patient-focused dental practice seeking a Front Desk Assistant / Receptionist to support the daily administrative operations of our office. This role is responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and helping ensure the front desk runs smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a small professional team. Responsibilities · Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner · Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments · Manage appointment confirmations and reminders · Maintain an organized front desk and reception area · Enter and update patient information in the office system · Assist patients with completing forms and documentation · Collect patient payments at check-out and provide receipts · Support general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications · Strong communication and customer service skills · Organized and detail-oriented · Comfortable working with computers and office software · Ability to multitask in a busy office environment · Dependable and punctual · Dental or healthcare office experience is helpful but not required.
