Sandoval Dental Office is seeking a receptionist to join our dental team. Our office is located in Rialto, CA. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly. The ideal candidate has good judgment, is well organized, works well in a team environment, and can perform effectively under pressure. Sandoval dental is a small privately owned comprehensive dental practice that has been around for over 30+ years. We invite you to visit our website to learn more about us: https://www.docsandoval.com/ As a Receptionist on our team, you will: Greet and welcome existing and new patients to the practice Provide excellent patient service and address any inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism Answer incoming calls and assist patients in person and over the phone Verify dental insurance (PPO & Medi-Cal) Schedule and confirm appointments Manage patient records and basic collections Provide general administrative support Complete various other office tasks as needed This is a full-time position Monday - Friday. Monday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Wednesday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Fridays (Twice a Month) 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.
