Shift Schedule: Monday Friday 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM 4:30 PM How Many Shifts Needed per Month: Approximately 20 22 shifts per month Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 6 8 weeks License: Active Dental Hygienist license from any U.S. state Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) Experience Needed: Minimum 1 2 years of Dental Hygienist experience preferred Special Skills Needed: Preventive oral care and periodontal treatment Patient education and oral health programs Experience with Dentrix / Electronic Health Records Ability to treat patients of all age groups Responsibilities: Provide dental hygiene services including cleaning, scaling, and root planing Record medical and dental histories and evaluate oral health conditions Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and caries prevention agents Educate patients on oral hygiene, diet, and home care practices Take dental impressions and assist in treatment planning Work under supervision of licensed dentists in IHS dental clinics Treat 8 10 patients per day across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations Prime Physicians is a physician-led, The Joint Commission (TJC) Accredited, ISO 9001 certified and CMMI Level 3 appraised organization.
