Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Dental Assistant to join our endodontic practice. The ideal candidate will assist with various procedures, including root canals and retreatments, while ensuring patient comfort and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Candidates must have an X-ray license and are willing to train if needed. Responsibilities: Assist during endodontic procedures like root canals and retreatments. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments. Operate X-ray and 3D imaging equipment. Manage patient records in EMR systems (PracticeWorks). Educate patients on post-treatment care. Support front-office tasks as needed. Skills & Requirements: X-ray license required. Familiarity with dental imaging (X-rays, 3D scanning). Ability to assist with four-handed dentistry. Knowledge of infection control standards. Previous experience in endodontics or dental assisting is a plus.
