Front Desk Receptionist Needed (Dental Office) – Covina Our busy dental office is hiring a Front Desk / Call Center Receptionist . This role involves a lot of answering calls , scheduling, and helping patients feel taken care of from the first “hello.” Full-time or part-time available based on your schedule. You’re a great fit if you: Speak Spanish fluently (required) Have strong customer service skills Are organized, friendly, and punctual Can handle phones confidently in a fast-paced environment No experience required — training provided. Dental office experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage appointment scheduling Verify insurance coverage and benefits. Collect and process payments accurately. Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, providing information about services, appointment availability, and general inquiries while practicing excellent phone etiquette.
