Responsibilities Experience is Highly perferred. However, training is available for competent individual who is willing to listen and follow through. Willingness to learn is highly preferred Greet patients with professionalism and positive manner Communicate with approriate phone etiquette for both patients and insurances Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations Must be savvy with computers/electronics/internet features and comfortable with keyboard shortcuts Must be able to cope with and manage extensive workloads and multi-tasking Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
