Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Tustin, CA Full-time | Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 1–2 Fridays per month if needed About Us We are a modern, growing dental practice in Tustin focused on providing high-quality care in a positive and professional environment. Our office utilizes advanced technology including digital scanning, CBCT imaging , along with comprehensive general dentistry. We are looking for a Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant who is dependable, eager to learn, and excited to grow with our team. Schedule Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Occasional Friday (1–2 per month if needed) What We’re Looking For Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA preferred but not required) Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and pleasant to work with Respectful and professional with patients and team members Takes initiative and is proactive Eager to learn and grow in dentistry Comfortable learning new technology and dental software Willing to help with both clinical and occasional front-office tasks (phones, scheduling, etc.) Responsibilities Assist with general dentistry procedures Assist with implant surgeries Take digital scans (Trios scanner) Operatory setup and breakdown Sterilization and infection control Patient preparation and education Occasionally assist with answering phones or scheduling if needed What We Offer Supportive team environment Opportunity to learn advanced procedures and technology On the job training Modern digital office If you are motivated, dependable, and excited to grow in dentistry , we would love to meet you.
