We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, creative, high-energy Chairside Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. The Role The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the "people skills" to make our patients feel at ease and valued. While you'll work closely with our doctor, the ability to work independently and take initiative is vital. We would love to find a member with a "knack" for social media trends who enjoys participating in videos with the team to motivate our patients and bring a fun vibe to the practice. Key Responsibilities Clinical Support: Assist the doctor in procedures, prep patients for braces, and place/remove archwires. Patient Care: Provide clear patient education and maintain a friendly, professional rapport. Technical Tasks: Perform dental X-rays, digital scans, and ensure meticulous instrument sterilization. Office Flow: Maintain efficiency and cleanliness in a high-volume clinical setting. Vibe: Iconic team member Qualifications Experience: Previous dental assisting experience is required . Orthodontic-specific experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Communication: Excellent verbal skills and a team-oriented with a growth mindset open to team development and guidance. Candidate must enjoy working with children. Flexibility: Must be available to work at both of our locations, Mon-Thur between the hours of 7am - 6pm . Williamsville: 3 days per week Elma: 1 day per week (On a rotation but never on Tuesday) Why Join Us?
