Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) CCFD is a growing dental practice seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant to join our terrific, hardworking team. This is a busy office looking for a motivated team member who is passionate about patient care and helping our practice grow. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, compassion for patients, and enjoy working with all ages. They must be a strong team player who is flexible, organized, and able to multitask while providing excellent care and customer service. Office Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Every Other Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Salary is based on experience, qualifications, and certification. Responsibilities: Welcome patients to the dental office and provide excellent customer service Assist with front desk duties as needed Present treatment plans Perform coronal polishing and take radiographs Manage inventory Select and prepare instruments, equipment, and materials Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry Perform lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Maintain clean, well-stocked treatment rooms Schedule appointments Maintain accurate patient records and assist with dental procedures Requirements: Active Tennessee CDA/RDA license (required) Friendly, positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work well with patients of all ages Languages: Arabic (preferred, but not required) Spanish (preferred, but not required) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: From $18.00 per hour Application Question(s): We do extensive back ground check Language: Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
