We are looking for a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a strong team environment. This is a general dental office, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable assisting with a wide variety of procedures and working with both adults and children. What Youâll Do Assist the dentist during procedures while ensuring efficiency and patient comfort Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain organized treatment rooms Help educate patients on treatment recommendations, including Invisalign and other services Support treatment presentation and case acceptance when needed Provide excellent customer service and help patients feel comfortable and confident in their care Work well with children and families, creating a positive and friendly environment Support the front office when needed with scheduling, patient follow-ups, and coordination What Weâre Looking For Texas RDA license preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Experience with Open Dental (preferred but not required) Strong communication and patient education skills Positive, professional attitude with a strong team-first mindset Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Our Team?
