Job Summary: We are seeking an outgoing, hardworking, and reliable Orthodontic Assistant to play a key role in providing high-end orthodontic services. You'll work closely with our orthodontist and team to ensure exceptional patient experiences, assist in clinical procedures, and support the smooth operation of the office. .Key Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist during patient consultations, treatments, and procedures, including preparing instruments, taking digital impressions, and adjusting appliances. Interact directly with patients to explain procedures, provide post-treatment instructions, and ensure their comfort throughout visits. Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols. Help manage office operations, such as scheduling appointments, handling patient records, ordering supplies, and coordinating with labs. Contribute to practice growth by engaging with the community, promoting services, and supporting marketing initiatives. Utilize cutting-edge technology, including digital imaging, 3D scanning, and digital practice management software. Qualifications: Experience as an Orthodontic Assistant or Dental Assistant preferred but not required; training available for the right candidate. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential. Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with basic computer systems; familiarity with dental software is advantageous. Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.
