Weâre excited to add a Dental Assistant as a new position , created to support practice growth and allow our Office Manager to focus more on collections and operations. Schedule Monday: 8:00amâ5:00pm Tuesday: 11:00amâ7:00pm Wednesday: 8:00amâ3:30pm Thursday: 8:00amâ5:00pm Friday: Closed Key Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Ensure clinical efficiency and excellent patient care Take impressions and scans Fabricate temporary crowns Maintain operatory cleanliness and organization Willingness to learn and grow clinically as the practice expands What Weâre Looking For Required: At least 1 year of dental assisting experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, professional, and patient-focused Willingness to learn and adapt Nice to Have: Experience with advanced technology Desire to grow skills in a modern dental environment Technology & Services Open Dental software Advanced services including implants, CEREC scanning, and 3D printing Technology used: CEREC, SprintRay, CBCT Practice Culture 3 Words: Happy, Friendly, Collaborative This is a team that genuinely enjoys working together and values mutual support, learning, and long-term stability.
