What Hygienists Love About Working Here 60-minute hygiene appointment No evenings or weekends Supportive doctor and friendly team Loyal patients who value quality care Positive, low stress work environment Newly remodeled office with modern technology Technology includes: Digital radiographs with Pearl AI Intraoral Camera iTero scanner CBCT Dental Laser Eaglesoft Software Clinical Responsibilities Preventive dental care including prophylaxis and SRP Periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings Digital radiographs and charting Patient education and home care instruction Applying fluoride, nano hydroxyapatite, and SDF treatments Reviewing dental history and documenting care Discussing treatment recommendations with patients Maintaining infection control and sterilization protocols What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail A proactive and motivated mindset A team-player approach to patient care Qualifications Required Degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Active Montana Dental Hygiene License Preferred Local Anesthetic License Laser experience Schedule Office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch: 1 hour Team members arrive 30 minutes before the first patient. We are happy to speak with hygienists looking for 2–4 days per week and will work with the right candidate on scheduling. Compensation $42–$55 per hour depending on experience.
