Hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8-5pm Our office is seeking high-performing, skilled professional who is interested in a career as a Dental Hygienist. Our Dentist focus is cosmetic dentistry, Periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection. The ideal candidate for this position must be motivated, collaborative and professional. Dental Hygienists at our office will work with both children and adults, and the successful candidates will be compassionate and capable of working within a team environment. Duties: - Perform dental hygiene procedures such as teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing - Take dental x-rays and perform other diagnostic tests - Assess patients' oral health conditions and provide appropriate treatment recommendations - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care measures - Administer local anesthesia as needed - Document patient care and treatment plans in Dentrix - Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique Skills: - Proficient in medical imaging techniques for dental x-rays - Ability to perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy protection - Experience with Dentrix Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday License/Certification: dental hygienist license (Required) Work Location: In person
