Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team for 2-3 Saturdays per month. The ideal candidate will perform preventive dental care, educate patients on oral health, and support our dental team in delivering excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings, prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing as needed. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) according to practice protocols. Conduct oral health assessments and screenings, identifying potential dental issues. Provide patient education on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and treatment options. Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA and practice policies. Assist the dentist in various procedures and ensure a smooth workflow in the clinic. Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
