This role is essential to creating a welcoming and efficient patient experience. You will greet patients, manage front desk communication, and assist with basic administrative and insurance tasks. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and check in patients Answer phones and assist callers professionally Collect co-pays and patient payments Assist with light insurance verification Maintain accurate patient records Coordinate communication between patients and clinical team Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly What Weâre Looking For Friendly, positive personality Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and accountable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Our Team?
