Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, establishing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently using Eaglesoft Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility verification, and handle insurance claims processing using Vyne Schedule appointments accurately ensuring optimal flow of patient visits Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary Collect patient information, review documentation for completeness, and update medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist with billing procedures including medical collection efforts, coding, and documentation review to support accurate medical billing and coding practices Qualifications Prior experience in a medical office or dental clinic environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Eaglesoft Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and insurance verification processes is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation review and data entry Strong organizational skills with experience managing medical records, filing systems, and health information management practices High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in healthcare administration is beneficial Join our team today to kickstart your career in healthcare administration!
