We are private owned dental office located in Irvington NJ. Our dental practice is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist/Administrator. The ideal candidate will be local person has excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to multitask, and has a passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health. Speaking Polish language is preferred Responsibilities: Greet patients with a warm and friendly welcome Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Verify and update patient insurance information Manage patient charts and electronic records Handle patient payments and insurance claims Assist with other administrative duties as needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with dental software a plus speaking Polish language preferred To apply, please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and qualifications.
