Utilize advanced dental imaging techniques and aseptic techniques to ensure precise diagnosis and treatment planning. Manage medical documentation and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct patient education on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment in accordance with industry standards. Use dental office software such as Open dental for scheduling, charting, and record keeping. Stay updated on the latest advancements in general dentistry, Endodontics, and related fields to provide cutting-edge care. Experience Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or dental office environment is recomended. Demonstrated proficiency with dental terminology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques. Prior experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics procedures, and endodontics is highly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Open dental is essential for efficient workflow management. Knowledge of infection control standards, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA compliance is mandatory. Experience working with pediatric patients or in pediatric dentistry settings is a plus. Strong understanding of anatomy related to the oral cavity and the ability to assess patient needs accurately for optimal treatment outcomes.
