We are looking for a part-time , experienced dental assistant in our office in Freehold. This position requires the skills to perform all duties as a dental assistant in New Jersey, according to the scope defined by the Board and your certification. Occasionally, you may cover the reception area: booking patients, answering phone calls, collecting payments. The front desk portion can be trained on job if you are not familiar. Salary will be based on experience determined at the interview. Potential candidates should be: attention to detail. Positive Attitude & Excellent people skills Punctual. Must have enough prior experience in a dental office or school training as a dental assistant (Requirement) License/certificate to take x-rays in New Jersey. occasional Saturday coverage: 8:30 to 1 (1-2 per month) Must be able to work until 7:30/8:00pm, 1 day a week.
