Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans Perform general dentistry procedures including preventative treatment, scaling and root planing, fillings, crowns, routine extractions, partials/dentures Comfort with pediatric procedures and RCTs is a plus Ensure documentation and record-keeping in compliance with HIPAA regulations Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and ensure proper sterilization of instruments Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Requirements Valid CA dental license in good standing Active BLS Certification Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs thoroughly and communicate effectively Compensation Performance-Based Pay: $600 base per day or 30% of production, whichever is greater How to Apply Please send your resume and a cover letter In your cover letter, please specify which days of the week you are interested in working Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per day Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
