What You’ll Be Doing As a core member of our clinical team, you’ll ensure our patients feel comfortable and our operations run like a well-oiled machine. Your day-to-day will include: Patient Care: Greeting patients, preparing them for treatments, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit. Chairside Assisting: Providing four-handed dentistry support during exams, fillings, crowns, and other general procedures. Radiography: Taking high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos. Sterilization: Maintaining a pristine environment by sterilizing instruments and prepping operatories according to OSHA standards. Lab Work: Taking impressions, taking digital scans, pouring models, and managing lab cases. Education: Clearly explaining post-operative instructions and oral hygiene tips to patients. What We’re Looking For Certification: Current Dental Assistant certification and X-ray certification preferred but not required. Experience: Previous experience in a general dentistry setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a stellar attitude. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft). Soft Skills: A calming "chairside manner," excellent communication skills, and a genuine team-player mentality. Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things—whether it’s a smudge on a mirror or a patient’s nervous expression.
