Registered Dental Hygienist Mon (8-5) & Fri (7-1) - Fort Dental - Fort Worth, TX

Fort Dental is looking for a part time hygienist to join our ranks with the potential to grow into a full time (4-5 days) job within the next year. We have been in practice since 1975 and recently located to a beautiful new building in the heart of Fort Worth. We are a large fee-for-service practice with 4 doctors and 7 current hygienists. Our rooms and equipment are state of the art and we are located with easy access to I-20, I-30, and the Chisholm Trail Toll-road. More than anything we are a service based, community driven practice with many patients having a history here spanning decades. We believe that putting our patients best interest first trumps any type of insurance or billing needs. We believe that life balance for our team is important as well and full time with our office is considered 32-38 hours per week. Building a cohesive team is paramount to creating an incredible patient experience and is the driving focus of how hire. Most of our team has 10+ years experience with our practice. Based upon tenure with the team you can earn 3 weeks PTO annually, quarterly bonuses, and health insurance options. The current position is available for Modays 8-5 and Fridays 7-1. In time this will grow into a more full time position as we're in the process of building 4 more operatories. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of hygiene experience, be punctual for keeping patient schedule on time, detailed in both cleanings and notes, and have interest in building long term relationships with their patients. However, we are open to less experienced hygienists if you fit the team extremely well! Please be comfortable with using or learning new technologies including digital xrays, CBCT, and iTero scanners (we can train for all). We may train you to do new patients as well which is especially needed for Fridays.
