 We’re hiring a full-time, experienced Front Office Coordinator. This isn’t entry-level. We want someone sharp, confident, and proactive who can run the front with warmth, speed, and precision.

You’ll handle: phones, scheduling, confirmations, check-in/out, patient flow, records, and presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently.

You bring: dental/medical front office experience, polished communication, strong organization, fast problem-solving, and a get-it-done mindset.

Our admin team is made up of four people, supporting one doctor and one hygienist, so teamwork, speed, and clear communication matter every day.
