Temporary Front Office Manager (Dental Office)
Duration: 5-7 months (Maternity Leave Coverage); Starting ASAP through October 2026
Schedule: Approximately 32 hours per week, Monday–Thursday
Compensation: $25-35/hour negotiable, based on experience

We are a friendly, patient-centered dental practice looking for a Temporary Front Office Manager to help keep our front desk running smoothly while a valued team member is on maternity leave. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team for approximately 6 months.

In this role, you will:

• Handle billing and collections with insurance companies

• Pre-authorize dental treatment with various dental insurance companies

• Confirm and schedule patient appointments

• Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional approach

• Review treatment plans and discuss billing options with patients

• Coordinate clinician schedules and support daily office workflow
