Looking for a full time Office Manager/Patient Coordinator for a well-established 30+ year dental office located in Beverly Hills.

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments
Office Management Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with dental staff to optimize patient care and scheduling
- Must know how to use Eaglesoft and E-billing
- Must know how to check insurance and enter insurance breakdowns
- Must know how to treatment plan properly and present cases
- Must know how to do billing and collections
- Monitor billing and accounting
