Exempt up to 73,500 Contracted Job Summary: Responsible primarily for performing preventive and dental prophylaxis services and for providing patient educational services (adult and child) regarding prevention of dental diseases. Also serves in a leadership capacity for dental office. Core Competencies: High level of skill in cleaning and caring for dentition and periodontium Working knowledge of most current methods and practices in prevention of dental disease and prophylaxis Proficient in non surgical periodontal therapy & maintenance Strong ability to be Gongenial and respectful with patients Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to handle patient complaints with tact and diplomacy High degree of organization and critical thinking skills Strong sense of self-initiative and adaptability Job Requirements: Bachelors or Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited ADA program.
