Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Centreville, VA
We are a Family General Dentistry Practice seeking a full-time Dental Front Desk to join our exciting team. (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON), Pay based on experience $17 to $20 per hour. The individual must be willing and able to perform: X-Ray Certification (HUGE PLUS) Assist Doctor/Hygienist and Sterilization Entry Level Dental Assisting experience (HUGE PLUS) Handling of multiple phone lines Insurance verification/eligibility Confirming patient appointments Scheduling appointments Managing patient co-payments Assisting in the clinical areas as needed General Job Requirements: Superior customer service abilities Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent computer skills and willingness to work with new technology An outstanding attitude that exudes energy, fun, and a team focus The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and efficient workflow A desire to make our patients happy and satisfied A desire to develop personally and professionally to reach your full potential REQUIREMENTS High School Graduate and higher Dental knowledge/experience DENTRIX software experience (HUGE PLUS) Excellent phone/communication skills Basic Computer skills Schedule: Monday & Wednesday (8 am to 5 PM), Tuesday & Thursday (11 am to 7 pm) and Friday (7 am to 1 pm) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 â 38.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
