Harrisonburg dental office seeks certified dental assistant to join our team of devoted individuals in a fast-paced, friendly environment, dedicated to providing our patients with superior care. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and bilingual team member to serve as both a dental assistant and Spanish translator for patient communication . This hybrid role combines chairside support with patient-facing communication responsibilities. Success in this position is measured by patient satisfaction, treatment acceptance, appointment follow-ups, and clinical efficiency , rather than simply completing tasks. High performers help Spanish-speaking patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care while keeping clinical operations smooth. Job duties include, but are not limited to: assisting dentists with procedures, sterilization and reviewing treatment plans with patients. Past experience with Dentrix is helpful, but not required. 1-2 years of previous dental assisting experience is preferred, but not required. Competitive pay based on experience.
