To be a successful Dental Assistant on our team, you will excel in: 5-star service and communication with patients, team and guests Being on time, prepared and energized for the day Off-the-charts attention to detail Meticulous note-taking Willingness and strong desire to learn Unwavering commitment to deliver a great patient experience Dental Assistant Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of proven chairside experience and/or certification from an accredited CODA program (REQUIRED) X-ray certification for Virginia Proficiency with sterilization of treatment rooms and instruments Inventory Management Management of Lab Cases Computer proficiency - Oryx Experience a Plus! Our patient care hours are Monday/Wednesday 8am-5pm, Tuesday/Thursday 7am-4pm. NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!!! We don't overbook, double book or otherwise fill our schedule in a way that would compromise our level of service or care.
