We are expanding and looking for a Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You will work alongside: 6 front desk team members 7 clinical team members 3 full-time doctors This role combines patient coordination, scheduling, and treatment acceptance , making it ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and patient interaction. What Youâll Do Front Desk Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Manage phones, scheduling, and appointment flow Verify insurance and patient information Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records Keep the schedule productive and full Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Help patients understand their options and financial arrangements Coordinate appointments for optimal case completion Support doctors in achieving high treatment acceptance Follow up on unscheduled treatment What We Offer Pay: $15â$21/hour (based on experience) 90-day performance review with opportunity for pay increase Consistent weekday schedule Supportive, team-oriented environment Growth opportunity in a rapidly expanding practice State-of-the-art systems including Curve Dental PMS (with built-in training resources) What Weâre Looking For Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing finances and treatment with patients Positive attitude and team mindset Dental experience preferred but not required (training available) Why City View Dental Our practice has experienced significant growth this year, and we are building a team that supports each other and delivers high-quality care to our patients.
