Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Richmond, TX
We are a private Dental office seeking someone to work full time, The ideal Dental front Desk canditate we are looking for is positive, responsible, punctual, self- motivated and energetic with an upbeat personality and a desire to grow with our practice and do the following: Dental Front Desk is preferred to be Bilingual ( English /Spanish) Minimum of 1-3 years dental front desk experience . Follow up with Hygeine recall patients Familiar with Dentrix (we are willing to train). Dental Front Desk should be familiar with insurance verification and claims . Able to follow up with outstanding claims, and explanation of coverage . Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivables. Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients Dental Front Desk to be team player and to implement clinic systems to optimize office potential.
