Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Aubrey, TX

Miracle Smile Dental is in search of an awesome Dental Assistant with a strong work ethic, who is responsible & self-motivated. We will provide training to the right candidate to obtain your RDA license on the job! Our ideal candidate should have good communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to work well in a team-based environment. You will be responsible for prepping patients for treatment, scheduling appointments, and filing dental records. You should maintain hygiene standards in our office and perform daily routines as instructed to ensure that all patientsâ needs are met. Note: All employees need to be flexible and available to provide dental assistance and perform front desk duties based on the patient needs and as directed by office management. Job Responsibilities: Welcome patients into the dental office with utmost courtesy Build relationship with patients to ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout visit Assist Dentist with dental charting, chair-side procedure assistance Keep instruments clean and maintain inventory of required materials Perform infection control to CDC, ADA, and OSHA standards; sterilize treatment rooms before and after patient visits, sterilize instruments and other work areas Able to gain the trust and respect of patients and co-workers; develop friendly and supporting atmosphere Benefits Competitive pay and bonus structure â starting salary $15/hour and bonuses of up to $500/month!
