We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Business Assistant to join our expanding team. Position Overview As the Business Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families, both in person and over the phone. Your welcoming demeanor, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will help keep our office running efficiently while ensuring each family feels valued and comfortable. Key Responsibilities Welcome children and parents with a friendly and positive attitude Answer phone calls and assist with questions or scheduling requests Schedule and confirm appointments (training provided) Manage patient check-in and check-out processes Communicate clearly with families about appointments and office policies Maintain and update accurate patient records Assist with daily front office tasks in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Warm, outgoing personality Strong interpersonal skills, especially with children and parents Professional and courteous phone etiquette Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy setting Previous front office or customer service experience is a plus Eagerness to learn (training provided on systems and procedures) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred No dental experience required Comfortable using computers and standard office software If you enjoy working with children, building relationships with families, and being part of a supportive, team-focused environment, we’d love to connect with you.
