Job Overview Office front desk and Dental Assistant positions. We are seeking an energetic, multi task enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dental Office Front Desk professional and Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. Your expertise in medical administrative support, insurance verification, and patient service will help streamline clinic operations and foster positive patient relationships. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their appointments, and manage patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow using dental office management software such as Eaglesoft Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and perform insurance claims. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for health information management Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, including medical history forms, treatment plans, and billing information. Manage filing of dental records, handle intake procedures, and support overall office management activities to keep the clinic running smoothly and clean. Assist dentists and be eager to learn to place restorations, process instruments, etc. Qualifications Prior experience working in a dental or medical office environment with strong knowledge of dental terminology and dental billing practices is preferred. Proficiency in Eaglesoft. Familiarity with insurance verification processes including Medicaid and other Dental plans. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing accuracy for data entry tasks Strong customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced clinic but yet laid back setting while maintaining attention to detail Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations Previous clinic or healthcare administrative experience is preferred; dental office experience is highly valued Join our team where your organizational skills and passion for patient care will make a meaningful difference!
