We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team and help us to continue delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: Greet and support patients and families, creating a positive experience from start to finish Assist the dentist chairside during exams, and cleanings Take digital x-rays Document dental appointments accurately and efficiently in patient's electronic health record Sterilize and organize instruments and treatment areas Provide patient and parent education on oral hygiene, care instructions, and preventive habits Support office flow with scheduling and other clinical or administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Washington State Dental Assistant license preferred Experience in pediatrics is a plus, but not required. Friendly, compassionate, and professional communication style Reliable team player with a positive attitude and eager to learn Self starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude, especially when interacting with children and families. Knowledge of dental terminology is preferred.
