Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled rockstar and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures including specialty. Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to OSHA and infection control protocols. Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions. Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records. Ensure patients are comfortable and informed during their visit. Maintain inventory and stock of clinical supplies. Educate patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Willing to learn new skills and grow with the practice for advancement in digital dentistry. Qualifications: Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in Texas. Current CPR certification. Proficiency in taking dental X-rays and familiarity with dental software (e.g., OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Cerec/Digital scanning training is a plus.
