We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable periodontal surgery assistant to enhance our practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a desire to learn, and the ability to thrive in a team setting. Competency in electronic charting, chairside assisting, and familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is preferred. In addition to core competencies, we are looking for expertise in performing radiographs and intraoral photography (can be learned), proficiency in periodontal charting and note recording and strong ability to effectively pass instruments and anticipate the needs of the doctor to create a smooth and efficient clinical environment. The ideal candidate also excels in patient management with good bedside manner and communication (bi-lingual is not required but a plus).
