Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our advanced, procedure-driven practice. This is a senior-level clinical role designed for an RDA who is confident assisting with complex restorative and surgical treatments, including crown and bridge preparation, implant placement, extractions, frenectomies, sinus lifts, and other advanced procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and demonstrates clinical excellence, efficiency in four-handed dentistry, and exceptional surgical chairside support. You will serve as a key clinical partner to the doctor, helping ensure precision, productivity, and outstanding patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Advanced Restorative Support Assist with crown and bridge procedures, including preparation, cord packing, temporization, impression scanning, and cementation Fabricate and adjust provisional restorations with precision Capture high-quality digital impressions using intraoral scanners Ensure accurate shade matching and case documentation Surgical Assisting Provide chairside support for surgical procedures including: Implant placement and uncovering Surgical and simple extractions Frenectomies Sinus lifts Bone grafting and ridge preservation Prepare surgical trays and maintain sterile fields Monitor patient vitals during surgical procedures Deliver detailed post-operative instructions and ensure patient comfort Clinical Operations Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards Manage advanced dental imaging, including digital radiography, CBCT, and 3D scanning Document procedures accurately using practice management software (Open Dental preferred) Anticipate provider needs and maintain seamless procedural flow Oversee inventory management and surgical supply organization Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in good standing 3+ years of experience in a surgical / restorative focused dental practice Extensive hands-on experience with crown and bridge workflows Strong surgical assisting experience (implants, grafting, extractions, sinus lifts) Proficiency with digital dentistry workflows and intraoral scanning Proficiency with Open Dental Solid understanding of occlusion, dental anatomy, and restorative materials Experience with CBCT imaging Calm, confident demeanor during complex procedures Exceptional communication skills and professionalism What Weâre Looking For A proactive clinical leader who anticipates next steps without direction Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to support high-production dentistry efficiently Commitment to excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes A team-oriented mindset with a growth-focused attitude What We Offer Competitive compensation based on advanced skill level Production bonuses End-of-Year Paid Time Off (15 days) Modern technology and fully digital workflows A collaborative, growth-driven environment Opportunity to work alongside experienced clinician with over 500+ implants placed, performing advanced procedures If you are a seasoned RDA who takes pride in surgical precision, restorative excellence, and delivering high-level patient care, we invite you to apply and become an integral part of our clinical team.
