Job Summary Marsh Orthodontics is growing! We are a startup practice in our second year and in need of a talented and enthusiastic clinical assistant. There are very minimal admin expectations for this position, just take good care of our patients. Straighten some teeth and make some people smile! This will be a three day/week position (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays) with some opportunities for non-patient day hours. Responsibilities Assist orthodontists during patient procedures, including bracket placement, wire adjustments, and appliance fittings with precision and care. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and maintaining aseptic techniques to uphold infection control standards. Take pans and cephs and 3D scans while ensuring patient comfort and safety in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Manage patient records and progress notes. Educate patients on orthodontic procedures, oral hygiene practices, and post-treatment care. Experience Prior experience working in an ortho clinic is highly preferred.
