Experience is preferred (2+ years), but we are happy to train the right motivated candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our team. Position Details Position: Dental Assistant Schedule: Full-Time (Monday â Friday) Pay: $20 â $25 per hour (based on experience) What You'll Do As a Dental Assistant at ONE ENDO, you'll play an important role in creating a smooth and comfortable experience for our patients. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Assisting the doctor during endodontic procedures Preparing treatment rooms and patients for procedures Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control protocols Taking digital dental X-rays and CBCT scans Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Taking and recording patient vitals when necessary Helping maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment What We're Looking For Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred (but not required) Familiarity with electronic dental records (Dentrix experience is a plus) Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient care Benefits We value our team and offer a competitive benefits package, including: 401(k) with employer matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Employee discounts Please note: This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
