Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist with 3-5 years experience to join our dynamic dental practice as the managing Dentist on site. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will possess a strong commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for all patients. Salary paid on collections. Team collects 90-95% of production monthly. Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose dental conditions. Provide a range of dental treatments including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures. Conduct dentistry procedures with care and expertise. Execute endodontic treatments, including root canal therapy, with precision. Extraction and implant placement experience required. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain strict infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques throughout all procedures. Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Utilize Dental Practice Management software for patient management and record keeping.. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures. Perform oral surgery procedures as needed, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in oral surgery, endodontics and root canal therapy techniques is highly desirable. Strong understanding of infection control standards and aseptic techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Spanish speaker a plus!
