Licensed Orthodontic Assistant (LDA) Location: Albertville & Buffalo, Minnesota About Us We are a growing, boutique orthodontic practice serving the Albertville and Buffalo communities. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience. What You’ll Do Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures utilizing expanded functions Take digital impressions, intraoral photos, and radiographs Place and remove orthodontic appliances under doctor supervision Deliver clear, confident patient education on oral hygiene and appliance care Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols Help ensure a smooth, efficient, and on-time clinical schedule Qualifications Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) required Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, team-first attitude Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment New graduates with strong clinical skills and a great attitude are encouraged to apply.
