Key Responsibilities Include: Assisting with pediatric procedures, including child prophylaxis (prophy), sealants, and Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) applications Taking diagnostic x-rays Providing chairside support in a fast-paced, kid-friendly setting Maintaining a clean, organized operatory Delivering excellent patient care with a positive, personable attitude Required Qualifications: Valid Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification (Florida) Proven pediatric dental experience, specifically with child prophy, sealants, and SDF Ability to take dental x-rays competently Bilingual in English and Spanish (required to connect with our diverse families) Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to Monday–Thursday schedule (8 AM–5 PM) Preferred Skills (Big Plus!): Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable with computers and dental software (Open Dental experience preferred) If you're detail-oriented, energetic, love kids, and thrive in a supportive small-team environment, we'd love to meet you!
